  • HOW LONG DO PROJECTS TAKE FROM START TO FINISH?

    From advertisement to receiving rent, projects can take anywhere from 12 to 18 months to complete. With nearly 30 years of experience, W. D. Schorsch LLC has the know how to complete projects efficiently and successfully.

  • HOW IS THE GSA AWARD WINNER DECIDED?

    Typically GSA award winners are determined by who offers the lowest cost, however, more competitive projects can be awarded on the basis of the “best value.” The “best value” determination occurs after a source selection committee has evaluated all the proposals, then scored and ranked them based on certain criteria. W. D. Schorsch LLC has an extremely high success rate of winning awards based on the low cost as well as best value.

  • WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BUILDING OWNER OF A GSA TENANT?

    There are differences with the GSA as a tenant over a typical private or corporate tenant. If an owner desires to minimize its responsibilities. W. D.   • ISN'T THE GSA LEASE SIMILAR TO A LEASE YOU PROVIDE TO A DRUG STORE/BIG BOX RETAILER/ETC?

    No, a drug store lease is longer in duration, and is almost always triple net. A government lease functions more like a gross lease in which the landlord is responsible for everything including property taxes. Part of developing a successful investment is accurately forecasting all expenses for in the long term. W.D. Schorsch has the experience to predict future costs.

  • WHAT IS THE GOVERNMENT BID ERROR REPORTING PROCESS?

    Dealing with the government can be extremely difficult. If your proposal contains a miscalculation, even a minor mathematical one, the government will often not inform you.
